Build the piece around its purpose
Give announcements and visual campaigns space to stand out with posters made for their display environment.
What to decide before artwork approval
Use a strong headline and keep supporting text readable from the expected viewing distance. Provide high-quality images and the display dimensions with your request.

- Indoor display consultation
Organize the order by the team using it
Group names, artwork versions, and quantities by department or role where appropriate. One consolidated list makes it easier to reconcile proofs and plan how the finished order is divided.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
