Build the piece around its purpose
Build postcards that make your announcement, invitation, or promotion easy to understand at a glance.
What to decide before artwork approval
If the postcard will be mailed, reserve room for addressing and postal requirements before finalizing the design. Include your desired response method and campaign deadline.
Options for this project
- Marketing and announcement cards
- Single and double sided artwork
- Mail-ready layout planning
Keep groups and schedules easy to identify
Where a project has different ages, roles, or program groups, label the versions clearly. Specify quantities and distribution groups before the final artwork is approved.
Your quote should describe the finished piece
Include the size, quantity, number of artwork versions, required in-hand date, and any finishing or installation needs. Share the intended use as well as the file; it helps the team compare suitable materials and production approaches. Pricing, availability, and timing are confirmed with the team for your actual order.
